As the 29 March Brexit date approaches there is still uncertainty around whether there will be any deal in place by then.<\/p>\n
It is therefore very important that businesses are prepared and we would recommend acting now to prepare in case there is no deal.<\/p>\n
Businesses trading with the EU need to consider the following:<\/p>\n
If goods are moved<\/em><\/p>\n If electronic services are supplied<\/em><\/p>\n If goods are supplied to consumers in the EU under distance selling rules<\/em><\/p>\n If VAT is paid in other EU member states<\/em><\/p>\n\n
